US military personnel stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan placing themselves in harm’s way every day should not have to jump through hoops to get their new Converse boots replaced, if necessary.
With the Converse Honor Code Guarantee® program, if you’re not satisfied with the wear or performance of your new Converse boots, all they require is your word of honor that the boots are less than 6 months old. Simply send them an email and they'll ship replacement boots to arrive at your APO address as soon as possible at their expense. Original receipt? Negative. Return Authorization Form? Not required. All they need is your APO address and your word of honor.
